Forest Path, freeform crochet shrug

This shrug is made using freeform crochet techniques. I used a combination of handspun, reclaimed, and new yarn to create a fabric with a huge amount of interest and texture. My inspiration was the forests of British Columbia, all mossy ground and tall conifers, with little bits of blue sky peeking in here and there.

I made this shrug awhile ago and it shows very minor signs of wear just from storage — some of the surface is a little fuzzy. For this reason, I have priced this piece lower than I would normally price a piece of wearable art like this.
