Coastal Wind, oversize scarf

This oversized scarf is made from a combination of knitting and crochet. The main part is done in garter stitch with yarns that I combine and blend for a marled effect. The ends are done in freeform crochet.

I used a combination of handspun, leftover, and purchased yarns, mostly wool. The resulting material is medium thick, and the scarf is long enough to wrap several times. Perfect for cold, windy weather.
